New Job Management System Launched!

PRV locksmiths Sydney are excited to announce we are upgrading our current job management system (E3) to a new on-line based service from the 1st of July. This will allow jobs to be dispatched directly to the locksmiths iPhone and receive live updates on the status of each job.

Customers will be automatically notified on the status of each job and can also log into the customer portal and get live information from there. Customers will also be able to access all previous job info, invoices, statements and even schedule a locksmith in directly from the portal.

The new system is expected to help manage our growing list of national clients as well as our ever growing Sydney based customers.
